Starting with a gin tipple on arrival, immerse yourself in a 3-course share-style menu curated by head chef Alex De Leon. Each course is paired with a Wandering Distillery gin cocktail designed to transport you to the sights and sounds of Asia from the very first sip.

The evening is proudly co-hosted by Wandering Distillery’s Wade Willcocks and Adam Keane giving you the chance to deepen your understanding and appreciation of some of Western Australia’s best gins.
Whether you are a gin enthusiast or just starting to explore the world of gin, you’ll learn about Wandering Distillery’s production methods, WA’s unique botanicals and how they pair beautifully with South East Asian flavours.
